Treasury Investment Committee

The Treasury Investment Committee (Committee) is established pursuant to Section 17.575, Florida Statutes.  The Committee shall assist the Investment Work Group and the CFO by providing guidance on high level investment related matters, including policy and strategy matters and review of performance relative to objectives. 

The Committee shall consist of at least five members who must possess special knowledge, experience, and familiarity in finance, investments, or accounting.  The members of the Committee shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the CFO.  Members shall serve terms of two years.  Members are permitted to serve more than one term.  The Committee shall annually elect a chair and vice chair from among its membership.  Members of the Committee shall serve without compensation but shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for per diem and travel expenses as provided in Section 112.061, Florida Statutes.

The Treasury Investment Committee meets quarterly and currently consists of the following members:

Susan Schueren (Vice Chair), Investment Consultant for The Florida Birth Related Neurological Injury Compensation Association

Katy Wojciecnowski, State Board of Administration

Bob  Doyle, Doyle Wealth  Management, Inc.

David Roberts, Harvest Investment Advisors, LLC
